    A poor buying experience from this supposedly reputable Dealer over a month. 18 month old EV vehicle. Lack of communication, follow up to questions and service details, still unproven from Sales to Management .”oh we’ve been busy our Big Sales Event!” “ driven by a elderly lady” Invoice for total payment prior to even a contract signed.was issued . No receipt when requested. They were trusted to impart details and knowledge on the vehicle to us and be our eyes.We as purchasers lived in Brisbane , transported down to us- no follow up until we demanded confirmation of the car transferred and roadworthy certificate. The saga continues………now escalated over an issue pending. (Edit after a dealer response) The manufacturer does not recommend the rear tyres you put on the car prior to delivery ,not matching the existing front pair. This was not agreed on. Non matching brand,tread,noise and specs for this EV. All 4 tyres EV specific tyres should be same design for optimal safety and performance . No compromise !

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars – Highly Recommended! I had my 70,000km service done today at Cairns Cars service centre and once again they were fantastic. The team completed the service quickly and efficiently, and even went above and beyond by washing and shampooing the inside and outside of my car at no extra charge. It feels like new! I truly appreciate their consistent quality, friendly service, and attention to detail every time I come in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and professional car servicing in Cairns.

    *Buyer Beware ! *. I purchased a Volvo Demo with less 2k Kms. 2 months ago approx. This dealer group is extraordinary in a really bad way. They sold me a virutually new vehicle which was loaned out at the time of signing the contract. However they promised me faithfulIy I wouldn`t experience any problems with the car it would be 100% on deliver which was far from true. They in fact sold me a new car with a slow puncture , at first I didn`t realize as none of my last 25 new cars had ever had one. It took me 6 weeks to discover this dealer bonus. Unlucky for me they also didn`t update the service computer so the first service was due last week. They were required to do this at point of sale (Not completed). I knew , I would be seeing them I notified them less 10 days ago about my issue. I explain was either a puncture or a bad valve at the point I wasn`t certain due to the heat in cairns ,it takes weeks for the warning sensor to go off. Rather then deal with this issue as professionals they instead told me they could replace the tyre as it in their opinion it couldn`t be repaired they wanted $1,255 as the tyre was coming from Germany and it would take 8-10 weeks. At this point feel other buyers need to know what they are like, so I have posted this review and warning. I have not given up and as this issue was a point of sale and this dealer doesn`t care about the purchaser the next step is file a formal complaint with the office of fair trade as this doesn`t appear to be ethical. This is truly extremely poor service and their williness to back up the sale doesn`t exist. Think very careful if they would do this to me what could go wrong with your purchase. They couldn’t even be bothered to do the April 2025 OTA update super poor attention to detail and the entertainment system ran like crap. They couldn’t even put a fresh battery in the key, I had to buy a new battery within weeks.This also paints a clear picture of how good their pre deliver is in fact. By them not doing the required OTA update also effected EV range travelling less for more cost to me. After I did the update performance improved with the long range option..This not the dealer group to buy an electric car from.
