Sent a vehicle in with a non-starting issue. The service advisor called back with a $2,800 suggested repair bill which included everything except the actual diagnosis of why it isn’t starting. Even suggesting I should replace the starter motor and battery which are both running like a champ trying to start an engine which won’t run. Worst service advisor on the planet. Ready with smart quips like “the reason it’s with us is because you don’t know how to fix it”. Also telling me I have told her different things about its history when she actually clearly didn’t listen or correctly copy what I told her. Condescension dripping from her tone. Certainly not the professional experience I was expecting. If you want to be treated with zero respect, bring your car here. No idea if the mechanics are good. I suspect they could be as they have detected known issues unrelated to the reason it’s there.
