Lucas at Jarvis was exceptional in his care. Very personable, answered all our questions and concerns. Explained everything in detail and didn't rush us. A joy to be able to deal with. Thankyou Lucas and Jarvis. Kind regards Julie & Garry from The Barossa.

My low km 308 started leaking oil. Jarvis were so busy it took 2 months to get it in for inspection. Multiple leaks but also found that due to bad engine design the timing belt now has to be changed twice as often (at my expense since it didn't fail in the recall period). Tech stated they would fix the oil leaks while changing the belt, specifically the ones from the sump and rocker cover. Another two months until the work could be done. Seemed ok but after a few more months I found it was still leaking oil, but not as much. Very difficult to get through, called and left messages numerous times but no call backs. Eventually got through, booked the car in again. On inspection, sump is still leaking. Jarvis admitted they never removed the sump or tried to fix the leak. On picking up the car they charged another $500 to finish the work they were supposed to do the first time.

Went to pick up a part for my Peugeot today. Encountered the most discourteous and rude desk staff ever. I clearly stated "I'm after Michael from service about a part". Now I don't know anything about your business. After repeating myself to a rude desk staff several times, I was then asked, "what is it about? I said "a part" which I had already mentioned few times before. Then he paged Michael as if it was the most arduous thing he could have done that day. You sell Japanese cars for a living on a commission, pull your head in pelican. Customers pay your wages. Zero stars.
