From my initial inquiry to the wonderful moment we drove our beautiful 2018 Peugeot 3008 GT out of the showroom, the experience and service was exceptional. Mario (and Sang) made the entire process feel personalised. The communications were relaxed and genuine. Mario followed up on all of my requests and questions. The car was checked and detailed, extra window tinting completed, and a full tank of petrol provided. It was in immaculate condition. It is not often that you go to a car dealership and are immediately made to feel at ease, but that is exactly what happened here at Melbourne City Peugeot and Citroen. Laz and Mario were fabulous! They made the process of buying the car super easy, were honest, straightforward, helpful and very personable. The atmosphere in the showroom was very relaxed but it was also a very nice place to be.
