I purchased my Mercedes 2021 C200, a year later the steering wheel leather started pealing off in a very bizarre way. I took the car twice to service and asked as my car still under warranty to fix and I explained the situation many times, however they came back to me blaming me that it is a faulty use!!!! Seriously Next time they should give us a training on how to use Mercedes Steering Wheel 🛞. Second bad experience, same car c200 sensor has not been working and I called and booked appointment, an hour later they called me that the sensor seems to be moved due to an accident from its place and they charged me over a $300 dollar just to tell me something that I already know without fixing it. To be fair staff are nice and respectful but the outcome in both scenarios are so bad, makes my next car definitely not gonna be Mercedes if that how u treat customers.
