My wife and I purchased a new Geely 3 months ago and I had to take the car in for service for the first time. The reception left me in the lobby for 7 hours with no updates. After the service, they didn’t charge the car, clean it, or fill out the logbook. This level of customer service is unacceptable for a paying customer and this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth..
