In a world where genuine customer service can sometimes feel rare, I felt compelled to recognise the exceptional experience I had with Minh at Peter Warren From our very first conversation, he was patient, knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly generous with his time. No question was ever too much trouble, and every interaction left me feeling valued and respected — even though, at that stage, I wasn’t quite ready to commit to a purchase. My full intention was to buy through him when the time came, however the extended wait time for a new order ultimately led me in a different direction (largely because I’m admittedly not the most patient person!).
